2. An adult resident must accompany all guests. Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
3. Guests are limited to three (3) per household.
4. No profanity/inappropriate language is permitted.
5. No bicycles, skates, rollerblades, skateboard, scooters… (anything with wheels) are permitted.
6. No animals or pets are allowed.
7. Special events can, from time to time, have precedence over regular court use.
8. Shirts & shoes must be worn at all times.

10. Gate must be closed/latched after entering or exiting.

2.Resident ONLY are permitted in the fitness center.
3. Children 16 years of age and older are allowed unaccompanied.
4. Children 13-15 years of age need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
5. Children under the age of 13 years old will not be permitted in the fitness rooms due to insurance regulations.
6. Proper gym attire is required at all times.
Best access to the dog park is parking near 1825 Sandoval or walking. The dog park is designed to be accessed by foot, not by vehicle. The gravel paths are specifically for utility easement and maintenance access, they are not roads or parking areas. Please access the dog park by foot and vehicles are not allowed on the gravel paths. Thank you.
